@osma@mas.to @RyanHyde@techhub.social @kevinrothrock@infosec.exchange yes a reaction or reply shows up on Threads. A reply or like on Bluesky appears in the fediverse if bridged. You'll see all engagement in multi-protocol experiences like Surf, Flipboard and the Verge web site itself. We're still early days but the goal is to achieve a platform for shared conversation.

It'd be great if we did achieve a shared conversation. I have my doubts, given how many roadblocks there are even in an intentional link like Bridgy (I see only a fraction of reactions there here on my fedi), never mind something like Threads which is both only minimally connected on their side, and widely blocked on this side (including fediblocked by my server). @mike@flipboard.social @RyanHyde@techhub.social @kevinrothrock@infosec.exchange

@mike@flipboard.social @osma@mas.to @RyanHyde@techhub.social @kevinrothrock@infosec.exchange well that's gross. What's the Fedi instance so i can block it? If I wanted my posts on Threads, I'd be on Threads.

@mike@flipboard.social We have threads and the bsky bridge blocked from mastodon.art. Does this respect those blocks? I.e. if one of our community leaves a reply on a Mastodon post that unbeknownst to them is matriculating across all of those different services, I'm assuming that reply WON'T show up on sites we have blocked? (I saw you saying that a reply/interaction on bsky appears on fedi if bridged, I just want to understand and check the scope and security of this)
