Obviously, this is not great, but I suspect that if your activities are sensitive enough that being placed in an area that large poses a security risk, then I really hope you're already behind a strong vpn. Hopefully Signal and Discord decide it's actually an issue they should deal with, as it sounds like Cloudflare has decided it's not theirs.
