@charliemchapman@mastodon.social that’s beautiful! My color separation is so rough so I’m amazed that you get such good differentiation! I fear my machine is too small to get enough espresso for the dark colors like that maybe?

@katerberg@mastodonapp.uk This is with a double shot. 32g of espresso The hardest thing for me is getting the milk texture right. It’s nice I got closer there the color separation got a lot better
