    @mitsuhiko I think for a while now the bottleneck is going to be in maintaining the coherence of system (assuming we get past individual PR review) Maybe we’ll actually get to be ivory tower architects

    @mitsuhiko > For all the GPL software that might re-emerge as MIT software, so might be proprietary abandonware. Except that those models were (illegally? but surely unethically) trained on GPL code (and other open source licenses), while surely minimal to no proprietary code was used, and companies and corporations still holding the (C) on proprietary code can sue you to oblivion.
