@mei@donotsta.re so, have you considered just no sleep I often can't get sleeping if the day hasn't been "hard enough", so it's not uncommon for me to just tank the next day without proper sleep (note that just resting in bed, even if you don't sleep still helps), and because that's exhausting I then go to sleep once there's no more requirements of me being awake (so like 5-6pm). This is far from a great solution, but you don't skip stuff, and only have to deal with like 30h awake periods, which IMO are not great but still manageable.

@mei@donotsta.re at what time are you taking the methylphenidate? When I was taking it it seemed to improve my sleep rhythm as I was very much up/awake/ready from 9:30 (was taking them at 9:00). Had the dip at 18:00/19:00 but fell asleep pretty well at 23:00-24:00. It cut all my appetite however and after two weeks and 2kgs lost stopped. Might help to lower the dose also? If you consciously notice the difference already (although I don’t know how long you’ve been taking), a lower dose might already suffice to help you doing what you set out to do.

@mei@donotsta.re What time are you taking it at? I don't think it's a methylphenidate thing in and on itself, but meds like Concerta and its generic replacements you actually do have to take in the morning (ya know think like 8ish in the morning), because you very much *are* going to be up and about for 12-14 hours after you take it. It's specifically a slow-release stimulant, if you want something that will make you functional for only a few hours instead other options might be available (no idea which specifically in Poland though)
