@mei@donotsta.re What time are you taking it at? I don't think it's a methylphenidate thing in and on itself, but meds like Concerta and its generic replacements you actually do have to take in the morning (ya know think like 8ish in the morning), because you very much *are* going to be up and about for 12-14 hours after you take it. It's specifically a slow-release stimulant, if you want something that will make you functional for only a few hours instead other options might be available (no idea which specifically in Poland though)
