@lydiaschoch@mastodon.social I improvise soup so no recipe but I'll try and give tips. I am not an expert cook. I've been called a 'home cook' whatever that is. Frying an chopped onion for flavour adding a bit of garlic, add a bell pepper (I had a yellow one). Carrots and potatoes take a bit of boiling. You could use stock here. Veggie stock works. Or whatever. Don't be afraid to improvise!
