@onepict@chaos.social Follow people talking about accessibility-- no matter what part of the world they're from, people with disabilities are heavily marginalized and experience the weaknesses and failures of all systems in ways that highlight key hypocrisies and give them an understanding and perspective everyone needs to learn from. Until they personally experience a disability, the average person tends to assume that things work much better than they really do.

@violetmadder@kolektiva.social @onepict@chaos.social As an #autistic, #Mastodon is one of the only Social media platforms I can stomach, as it's toned down, with no invasive, distracting garbage built into the platform. No ads, no algorithms, just a small army of abrasive, sensationalist, agenda-loudmouthed people needing to be muted and blocked. Then it's awesome. @autistics@fedigroups.social
