looks like each pair is 2x 0.2mm², so ~3-4A?
at 230V that'd be around 700-900W, so in theory you could run a gaming PC or a (lower-end) handheld food mixer...
you'd probably want to replace that fuse with a lower amperage one though.
Also not sure if the insulation is up to spec (1 megaohm at 500V).
