irregular reminder to press the "TEST" button on your RCD EDIT: Ideally at a time when you don't mind a power outage. The RCD is supposed to shut off power when you press TEST.

I've been building a PC for a family member. 7800X3D 2x16GB DDR5 6000MT/s CL36 Asus TUF B650-E EXPO profile says 1.35 VDD and VDDQ for the RAM and when I enable it, BIOS sets VSOC to 1.24V (pretty high) and yet UCLK is 1500MHz, implying 1:2 ratio... so the memory controller cat hit 3000MHz even though it has 1.24V? really?
