No one in a company wants to admit that your feelings are important.
I have often been told not to trust my feelings, because others know better.
Luckily, I'm terrible at listening and my feelings are louder than theirs.

@linc@phpc.social What you call “feelings,” I call “intuition,” and I’ve learned to lean into it. People push back. They want to see the data. Intuition _is_ backed by data, though—it’s just that data spans a lifetime of your experiences.
