@linc@phpc.social What you call “feelings,” I call “intuition,” and I’ve learned to lean into it. People push back. They want to see the data. Intuition _is_ backed by data, though—it’s just that data spans a lifetime of your experiences.

@linc@phpc.social There are folks who are bad at intuition. I think it’s because they aren’t introspective enough to interpret the intuition. You need to reflect daily to internalize your experiences. Then, years later, when you need it, it’ll be there.
