@someonetellmetosleep@chitter.xyz @jpm@aus.social I'm certainly no battery expert and it's 5am here but that just looks like an ordinary battery like the CSB HR1234W shoved in most other things? Should be able to get a suitable replacement just about anywhere I think, but that won't help the issue if the UPS is cooking them. I don't have any useful input on UPS brands unfortunately - I'm partial to Eaton but much too cheap to pay retail, and I also have a CyberPower and dislike it too.
