@someonetellmetosleep@chitter.xyz @jpm@aus.social I'm certainly no battery expert and it's 5am here but that just looks like an ordinary battery like the CSB HR1234W shoved in most other things? Should be able to get a suitable replacement just about anywhere I think, but that won't help the issue if the UPS is cooking them.
I don't have any useful input on UPS brands unfortunately - I'm partial to Eaton but much too cheap to pay retail, and I also have a CyberPower and dislike it too.

@someonetellmetosleep@chitter.xyz @jpm@aus.social (My cyberpower is one of the rounded mini-tower looking ones, with a 24V battery pack which is just two of those CSB style ones face to face - which my battery guy is deeply skeptical of, as it means the to battery runs completely upside down which is apparently a no-no? Apparently SLA batteries run fine in any orientation *except* upside down, which is weird that they'd sell a product that does that, but yeah, not a battery expert)
