@someonetellmetosleep@chitter.xyz @jpm@aus.social (My cyberpower is one of the rounded mini-tower looking ones, with a 24V battery pack which is just two of those CSB style ones face to face - which my battery guy is deeply skeptical of, as it means the to battery runs completely upside down which is apparently a no-no? Apparently SLA batteries run fine in any orientation *except* upside down, which is weird that they'd sell a product that does that, but yeah, not a battery expert)

@fwaggle@moodoo.org @jpm@aus.social it is basically an ordinary battery but I don't know if it's an actually standard form factor, CyberPower doesn't say and everything else I've seen claims compatibility only with individual model numbers. you'd at least think that if it's a standard form factor the compatibility list on the generics would be larger
