@LunaDragofelis@void.lgbt I, of course, never implied that anyone deserves to be misgendered. My statement was that, as a class, Black folk, including cis Black folk, experience more oppression than white trans people ever will. But that the experience of many white trans people seems to be one of seeing those experiences as analogous–or, often, winning "the oppression olympics"–more than actually fighting the forces that imprison all of us. Since those forces still have a protective effect on them.

    @FinalGirl@blackqueer.life @LunaDragofelis@void.lgbt @Serena@lgbtqia.space I'm very poorly qualified to comment- being a white trans person ,but this one drives me up the wall here in the uk, trans people acting like the current crap is the end of the world, like can you not see what various BIPOC people get? - Muslims for ex. have been (& still are) constantly in the papers for decades - worse outcomes, more arrests etc etc - yeah it's not great but honestly I'd fix racism (since its at the root of so much) before anti-trans shit
