Damn, missed experiencing this unknown pleasure by a decade. (Actually my parents would have just said "No!" if I badgered them about getting some.)
What really weirds me out is the presence of the word "quiescently" in the sentence at lower-left, and trying to decide which definition might fit:
quiescent
adjective
1. Quiet, still, or inactive.
2. Characterised by an absence of upheaval or discord.
3. Having little or no sunspot activity.

@imalcolm@mastodon.social @swisslet@mas.to I looked it up and it's the first one. Being still while freezing distinguishes some frozen confections from others like ice cream which are mixed while they freeze Edit: spelling; connection/confection
