@titania@retro.pizza I can self-host things and my sourdough starter smells really good, but my loaves don't rise properly. 😔 I think my local microorganisms are judging me.

@amenonsen@flipping.rocks speaking seriously though, if you want help troubleshooting your sourdough starter I can point you at some good resources for it. (I realize that's not the point of this but I feel it would be remiss if I didn't offer help, since I'm an old hand at making bread and new at sourdough -- but have had some good luck already.)
