@amenonsen@flipping.rocks speaking seriously though, if you want help troubleshooting your sourdough starter I can point you at some good resources for it. (I realize that's not the point of this but I feel it would be remiss if I didn't offer help, since I'm an old hand at making bread and new at sourdough -- but have had some good luck already.)

@titania@retro.pizza That's very kind of you. Yes, please. It would be nice to read something where I don't need to wonder if it's actually *worked* for someone (since there's just such A LOT one can find to read these days about sourdough…).
