@homegrown@social.growyourown.services @Luanti@floss.social I don't know if Luanti has any accessibility support, like for instance how with Minecraft you could set up an accessibility mod called Minecraft Access and it would read out everything using NVDA.

I had a look at the mod list and there is a mod for subtitles for deaf people, and a mod for hiding flashing lights for epileptic people, plus a tool that lets other mod makers add sounds to particular actions for blind accessibility purposes. I couldn't find any screen reader mods though, sorry.
