See Settings > Accessibility. Third party mods are available for subtitles and audio hints. We'd love to have more but just don't have enough developers or time One of our long term goals is to introduce a new gui system, which would help with accessibility as it would allow GUIs to be more responsive, but this has been stalled for many years
