The pattern is consistent across sectors. The LLM did not fail. The organizational strategy around LLM adoption failed. And the difference between the companies absorbing these reversals and the ones that are not is not which tools they chose. It is whether they had the internal infrastructure to make those decisions responsibly in the first place.

@KimCrayton1@dair-community.social Is there any evidence that there are are companies who fired people that were successfully replaced by LLMs? I suspect that, if any, they are still avoiding delayed impacts in reduction in quality of the work.

@KimCrayton1@dair-community.social 100% - this is what we are talking about most inside my NFP. The enthusiasm at the top for adoption has to be accompanied by the right scaffolding to introduce these tools with genuine role value at its heart.
