@halfbyte@ruby.social I think a good start would be having the document with your ideas somewhere where all willing participants can add comments/discuss this, and another form of asynch talking about the stuff. Ideally not on mastodon, but more closed at first to check if an alignement of goals can be achieved and a valid path how to get there. And yes, most stuff will not be technical for a while <3.

@bitboxer@mastodon.social I should be able to share a doc soon, it just needs another pass to not embarrass myself. Regarding Comms: are mailing lists still a thing? Discord (*gagging noises*), IRC? A forum? I'm looking for the lightest weight, easiest to set up and use. Happy to take suggestions or help 😊 (cc @janl@narrativ.es @tisba@ruby.social @rmehner@chaos.social)
