What I'll do is, I'll write down my thoughts and your input so far in a slightly longer form and then I'm happy to start talking. My guess is that a phase of upfront research would be good (mostly non-technical) before it makes sense to think about the actual setup.
If you've favourited my original message, I'd be happy to hear from you what you'd think would be a good way/medium to start the conversations.

@halfbyte@ruby.social I think a good start would be having the document with your ideas somewhere where all willing participants can add comments/discuss this, and another form of asynch talking about the stuff. Ideally not on mastodon, but more closed at first to check if an alignement of goals can be achieved and a valid path how to get there. And yes, most stuff will not be technical for a while <3. Thank you for starting this.
