The SilverStone FLP02 retro beige case has 3 positions for its upper drive sleds, but only ships with 2.
On a whim I emailed and asked if I could buy another one. Within 24 hours they arranged shipment for one, for USD 6.
SilverStone are awesome!

@rubenerd@bsd.network can remember having a similar interaction with Noctua - had an issue with the spring clip holding a fan to a heatsink. Reached out to them and they mailed me a bunch of replacements for free
