@rubenerd@bsd.network can remember having a similar interaction with Noctua - had an issue with the spring clip holding a fan to a heatsink. Reached out to them and they mailed me a bunch of replacements for free

@oxy@social.bsdlab.au That's good to know! Love the Noctua browns in my rigs. When I eventually move off AM4 and LGA1151 I might need to ping them about mounting kits.
