@SteveClough@metalhead.club @gildilinie@beige.party I have a B. Sc. in Computer Science, and know well the truth of this chart. It shockingly reveals that there is an ocean of woefully novice users who would very much like to talk to a computer, *taking any shortcut available* - like a drowning man to a life preserver. They get lost easily in all but the most radically simplified UX experiences.
