Some even claim to have read my books when it's obvious that they used an AI summarizing thing.

@Teri_Kanefield@mastodon.social is it landing in your email inbox and coming from many random domains, often non US TLDs. Happy to help if I can. I do a lot of bot blocking. Form spam can be blocked by blocking IP ranges of hosting providers or some cloudflare bot protection rules, as well as captchas and some other techniques. Email spam you generally need Google Workspace or Office365 to do a lot, you can block IP ranges of certain hosts, but mostly its keyword blocking - like anyone who says "SEO"
