Form spam can be blocked by blocking IP ranges of hosting providers or some cloudflare bot protection rules, as well as captchas and some other techniques. Email spam you generally need Google Workspace or Office365 to do a lot, you can block IP ranges of certain hosts, but mostly its keyword blocking - like anyone who says "SEO"
