You can make this with very little money and effort, as long as you plan it 2 hours ahead.

@sol@typo.social Thank you for this, will try it out! Hope not too obvious of a question but if you‘re preparing the dough beforehand, do you place it in the fridge after the second round of proofing, or just after you’ve incorporated the oil and salt?
