@amsomniac@mastodon.mit.edu I lost a 4a and a 6 to the same EDL brick mode. Read a huge amount of possible troubleshooting pages, looked for firmware blobs to reflash, never found any fix. After two phones bricked to the same bug I refuse to buy another Pixel.

@pence@scholar.social @amsomniac@mastodon.mit.edu I'm in the same boat. No Pixel for me ever again. I watched a video about unbricking it, but it involved soldering on that tiny board so it's not for me. iirc, you remove/replace the emmc.
