#Introduction: I'm Dave, 40-something software developer and occasional photographer in #Edmonton / #yeg / #treaty6.
I bike year-round, and have recently gotten into #PackRafting. I have a #chinchilla, reptiles, and an elder cat. I love birds, beer, coffee, and cooking. I post about these in random order.
I'm big on building community, both off and online, which is why I started the yeg.bike Mastodon instance. I'm hoping it can help fill a void being left by the decline of the birdsite.
