I'm old and first got married long ago and then when she died, I remarried 25 years ago. So I have zero exposure to the modern dating scene. However, from the outside looking it, it seems to be very broken and there seem to be many disincentives for getting married and having babies.
It also seems to me that life in the modern world has evolved in such a way as to delay marriage well past peak fertility. I doubt one generation can reverse this. I'm just hoping for progress.

@Phil@freeatlantis.com I think a lot of men are sensitive to rejection. I know why I am (definitely a conversation for another day lol), but that wouldn't fully explain it. I am starting to hear that this is being caused by people trying to isolate their romantic and dating lives to dating apps though, which does explain a lot, since the apps don't work.
