My daughter also showed us a video of one of the guys she watches talking about the Sherpas allegedly poisoning climbers who try to summit Everest...then,

Granted...there's a bit of an elevation difference... 😅

@apple_dumplin@noauthority.social I climbed St Helens in around 1989. It was like someone took a beach and tilted it 45 degrees! You slid back a half step for every step forward. Back then you could creep up to the ledge and peer into the crater; I hear that’s all roped off now.
