@unixorn@hachyderm.io The worst part for me was the months of deep nerve pain that persisted. The rash wasn't a big deal. Once the antivirals did their thing, that was all fine.
It was the deep pain disruptive to sleep, doing daily things, etc, that was the problem for me.

@bedast@beige.party @kimu@wandering.shop Agreed, the long term pain was way worse than the rash. I don't recall now how long it was, other than more than a month.
