@alienmelon@mastodon.social I have been wanting this for so long. I could imagine it having a big impact on how "free" games are perceived and respected on the platform.

@Cheeseness@mastodon.social yes, it would validate that type of work that used to be in computer culture (pay later, buy me a beer, tip me… that i grew up with in “free” software). imo it establishes that labors of love are not necessarily free, but exist because of generosity.
