If you're thinking Arch, you should look at Endeavor OS; it's an easy install with minimal extra stuff but some good Plasma/KDE theming built in and a strong community. Also not digging on AI, and it's very close to base Arch. For Debian, just… you know, use Debian's KDE setup. It's got more preinstalled software than I personally like, but it's a solid foundation with legendary stability. For Gentoo, well… that one I can't recommend any particular alternative installer because (to me, at least) not installing Gentoo the Gentoo Way defeats the purpose of using Gentoo. NetBSD probably presents the biggest initial challenge, but KDE works fine over there as far as I know.
