Hope you have the money to defend against claims in court. In fact the biggest problem with the DMCA is how easy it is to force an issue to court without penalties for filing fraudulent claims. Most people would have to just roll over and accept the takedown. No one can afford to test fair use against Sony, or Disney, or Nintendo.
