Today is me/cfs awareness day.
Please enjoy the outside world for me. I cannot leave my home and am mostly bed bound.
I want a cure and that doctors and people understand me and take me seriously without pyschologising my illness.

My wife had long COVID that made it so she couldn't walk more than a block without a metabolic crash for years until Zepbound turned out to help it. Being bedbound is a degree of magnitude worse. And. I'm so sorry. We regularly swap around interesting fatigue and autoimmune studies in my little friend group if you ever want any of those you may not have already looked into.

@AzureKingfisher@mastodon.art I still have it and I've been lucky enough to have recovered enough to start doing things again. I'll go outside for you. I hope they find something that works for you soon.
