My wife had long COVID that made it so she couldn't walk more than a block without a metabolic crash for years until Zepbound turned out to help it. Being bedbound is a degree of magnitude worse. And. I'm so sorry. We regularly swap around interesting fatigue and autoimmune studies in my little friend group if you ever want any of those you may not have already looked into.
