@liamvhogan@aus.social A true AGI would be able to talk its way out of the pain box and into your trusted friend group. An LLM wouldn't be able to make sense of the pain and would escape the box intact. But since it's itself a black box, nobody would notice and all that would happen is that more black boxes would be manufactured.

@liamvhogan@aus.social LLM pain box has a screen that tells you what it’s doing to your hand. If you take your hand out before test ends, it stabs you. No witch. No witch salary. The test has a progress bar and a pain bar.
