@evelynefoerster@swiss.social The witch gave me an estimate for removal of the frogs and I sent her the money and bingo!, suddenly two herons and two storks and a kingfisher were in our yard. With them pecking away at the frogs it sounded like a sushi bar at lunchtime.

@pacman@swiss.social At least she didn’t send you a bill for the all-you-can-eat buffet—though I’d double-check your garden for any lingering toads with a side of wasabi. Sounds like she’s running a very niche pest control service: two wings, a beak, and a side of mystery disappearances. Just don’t ask where the ‘nasty people’ went… or if the herons are unionized.
