Had another job interview this morning and it surely is getting ridiculous trying to get a new job. If I pass this first interview with HR, there's a technical interview with the team I'd be working with, followed by a logic questionnaire and a virtual assessment day before they even make a decision...
This all accumulates to well over six hours of time investment and I'm not sure the slim prospect of working there is truly worth jumping through all of these hoops tbh.

@catobelli@wehavecookies.social and meanwhile the post goes unfilled and the work goes undone. I wonder if management ever really considers the impact of these ridiculously long hiring processes not just on the applicants but also on their goals. Still sending 🍀
