Well Erykha Badu your absolutely brilliant album Baduizm isn't an album to be losing a lung or two on a 1800m high Pyreneean mountain top to. It is more a sitting next to a log fire while looking at a Pyreneean mountain top album. As we were going up, the 250m directly up, we were passed going downhill by two clearly local runners storming down. I kept an eye on them and they were zooming along the bit of flat trail that I deemed to be rough and near un-runable. #Running #RunningwithDogs #RunnersOfMastodon #BarefootRunning #Trailrunning
