... the exact kind of claim the actions in the petition are being requested to "investigate" -- never mind the administration's use of the word "emergency" recently in for instance levying tariffs

Not all PHI is equal generally name would not get shared in research like this (I used to be a research assistant in public health research). But again, I get not trusted current admin with it. My partner ( @petrosophia@caw.corbode.com ) works in health care research data currently. Tagging her in case her honest broker background would offer some perspective on this.
