Cool! We had a green one just like that one, then a beige wall-mounted one.

@imalcolm@mastodon.social We lived out in the country (New York state), and had a "party line" that we shared with several other households. Yes, people could listen in. Kinda awful. Got the first private line when we moved to Arizona in the late 1970s. Also our first push-button phone..it was a muted yellow and hung on the wall.
