The English have systematically raped and pillaged all of its colonies and then spat them out when they no longer suited the needs of the English, e.g. the South Walian iron ore and coal mines and their communities which were destroyed by Thatcher in the 1980s without any other means of employment put into place 🤬

@TCMuffin@toot.wales I used to travel to West Yorkshire on business. A place I always thought was like it was stuck in the 50s. One of guys there got all angry with me and ranted that he couldn't understand why we hated Thatcher. When I told him my parents strapped a speaker to roofrack and drove around neighbourhood playing Ding Dong the Witch is Dead when she passed, he flipped and ranted at me even more. Probably didn't help that I just laughed.
