@TCMuffin@toot.wales Yes, I feel your pain. We live in colonies. I have some Yorkshire person onto me right now saying he doesn't want the UK to end as he likes being in the same country as the Welsh, Scots and Irish. Jeez. Should I laugh or cry? 😅

The English have systematically raped and pillaged all of its colonies and then spat them out when they no longer suited the needs of the English, e.g. the South Walian iron ore and coal mines and their communities which were destroyed by Thatcher in the 1980s without any other means of employment put into place 🤬

@IndyRichard@mastodon.scot @TCMuffin@toot.wales imo Laugh! I lived in W Yorkshire for 20 years and emigrated to Scotland, but was an Englisher by birth. Much as I loved the people in Yorks, I'd never go back now, I would definitely LAUGH in their faces, until maybe they've all learned their lesson and stop voting for racist frogpeople (apologies to all frogs and their spawn), or Thatcher types
