@lifewithtrees@mstdn.social for me, Hekate showed up when I was out walking one Beltane eve, and found a crossroads to do an impromptu ritual. But, generally, a draw to inner work, or a drive to fight against authority to make change, or a series of 'coincidences' that all point to either a specific dark goddess or those darker aspects of magic/witchcraft/paganism more generally are all ways they can make themselves known in one's life.
