yelling online that things aren't perfect is meaningless
you think people aren't aware there's problems? you alone see them? this is the basis for your commenting? that you imagine you have special insight that things aren't utopia?
or perhaps working towards better is slow and hard
and some assholes sitting online shouting "not perfect!" "not perfect!" and patting themselves on the back for that are just masturbating their ego and achieving nothing at all
except rancor

Also, I didn't realize you'd be pinged by my reply - I only intended to reply to @jmaris@eupolicy.social . I guess that's how quote posts work in mastodon. Let me know if you want out of this discussion and I'll do my best to untag you. Now to the point: I do not believe I have unique insight into what's wrong with the EU. But I do think there is a communication issue between the EU institutions and its citizens. 1/
